Post-Acute Care Physician – Bronx, NY

A growing national physician group is seeking a post-acute care physician for its Bronx, New York team. This full-time role involves rounding five days per week in a skilled nursing facility, offering clinical autonomy and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations

• Design, implement, and modify personalized care plans based on patient needs

• Track progress and coordinate care to achieve optimal results

• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals

• Instruct patients and families on health management and preventive measures

• Keep accurate, timely medical records in line with regulations

Schedule

• Full-time, five days per week

Compensation

• ~$255,000-$300,000 annually, fee for service, with no cap on productivity income potential

Qualifications

• Hold a current New York physician license and DEA registration

• Background in post-acute, hospital, emergency, or clinic practice is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong clinical foundation
