Maverick.MD is recruiting for a national physician group seeking a full-time internal medicine physician for its post-acute care team in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. This is a five-day-per-week rounding role in skilled nursing facilities, backed by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and a structured onboarding program with dedicated mentorship.

What you'll do

• Lead interdisciplinary rounds and oversee individualized care plans
• Partner with facility leadership on quality and patient outcomes
• Collaborate daily with NPs, nurses, and therapy teams
• Guide patients and families through care decisions
• Keep clear, timely clinical documentation

Compensation

• Estimated total annual compensation of ~$250,000+, with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications

• MD or DO, licensed in Michigan with DEA registration
• No unresolved disciplinary issues
