Post-Acute Care Physician — North Houston

Maverick.MD is recruiting for a national physician group seeking a full-time post-acute care physician for the north Houston area, including the Woodlands, Kingwood, Humble, and Spring, Texas.

Round five days per week in skilled nursing facilities with overnight call fully covered, so your evenings are your own.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive care to skilled nursing facility patients, from admission through discharge

• Create and manage individualized treatment plans

• Work alongside an experienced team of physicians, NPs, and nurses

• Coordinate transitions of care with hospitals and specialists

• Keep clear, timely clinical documentation

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation of $190,000-$225,000 (fee-for-service), with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active Texas license and DEA registration

• No unresolved disciplinary issues
